We randomly came across this Taiwanese eatery and decided to grab a quick lunch here. We didn’t expect them to provide soufflé pancake (only available on Friday, Saturday and Sunday). The soufflé pancake is made upon order and it takes about 20-30 minutes preparation time, so be sure to order when you’re just seated.
The pancake was fluffy, airy and eggy, and I love how well it paired with the fresh Irwin Mango, the mango flavour was juicy, aromatic and delicious, this dessert definitely satisfy anyone with a sweet tooth.
