It was an ad hoc visit to Elements to dine with 2 friends after work, we decided to try the restaurants at the "Civic Square" (i.e. Roof Garden). I have been to MEGU before, which was quite a reap-off, so we walked around to shop for something more reasonable, and there we were! We ordered many dishes, except for the pasta and the mussels, most were of small servings. We ordered many dishes, except for the pasta and the mussels, most were of small servings. We had pasta, potatoe cake, deep fried chicken meat balls (looks more like meat "cakes"), mussels, sausages... they weren't the best Spanish food I've tasted, but there's nothing really we could criticize on. The Sangria was a bit expensive ($380 a jar), but tasted good on a hot summer day. Waiters were friendly and helped us fill our glasses from the jar from time to time.
Only 1 flaw was that the waitress was cleaning the vent on the ceiling when we arrived, and she almost made us sit right under, so we had to request for another table.
I like places that make you feel easy, comfortable, and friendly. So, I will definitely go again next time!
