We had a bad experience last night at this restaurant, we had to wait 3 hours for the food, some of the food became cold when delivered to us. I noticed that there are other tables people were also very angry and decided to leave without wait for the food. I observed Problem 1: Waitress was not able to manage the order efficiently, she just gave the food order first wherever table was complaining. Since I saw those other tables complained that they had seated about 7:30pm but still no wine and n
Problem 1: Waitress was not able to manage the order efficiently, she just gave the food order first wherever table was complaining. Since I saw those other tables complained that they had seated about 7:30pm but still no wine and no food at 10pm but this waitress didn't proactively follow up but simply responded in standard script, "we are cooking the food, it's coming soon". Actually she didn't bother to check and just let the customer to wait.
After 3 hours when it's 10:30pm, only half of the orders arrived. We and other tables' customers decided to ask for the bill and leave without complete our dinner.
Problem 2: Poor communication between Kitchen and witress. Waitress cannot handle her job between manage well the order for customer and communicate with the kitchen chef. If this happens, business cannot sustain and customer will not come back again, no matter if the food is good.
In summary, let the customers wait for 3 hours is unacceptable!
