Located at High Street in Sai Ying Pun,  Flying Pig Bistro is a vibrant bar restaurant that offers pan-European cuisine focused on roasts and meats. The pork dishes are their signature and I tried their glazed BBQ ribs. The portion was big and it was very tender and flavourful with the sauce.
