Very very bad experience

A very very bad experience with us.We are altogether 7 people, 5 westerners and 2 locals.First of all, it takes a very long time for our food to come, around 20 mins.. It's NOT in the peak hour!!Secondly, three of da spagetti were put to a wrong order and we had to waited for much longer..Finally, the rice we ordered is with a VERY small portion, my colleagues said it's for gals only!! We asked da waiter to see if more rice can be added, but he replied if for rice, they need to charge $15 dollar

What's going wrong with this restaurant?!?!My first time to write openrice comments because we really had a very bad experience and want this restaurant to prove its quality in term of food, order, staff services standard, etc.
