Grilled chicken tastes vey nice. It marinated in Thai dressing. And the grilled chicken still very juicy but just a bit raw inside. Overall this is a very delicious one, even the seasonal vegetables also very nice.
2. Massaman Curry Risotto with Sea Urchin and Hokkaido Scallop $208
Risotto is very creamy with massaman curry sauce. Curry would not be very strong. It's a nice try to paired with fresh sea urchin, Hokkaido scallop, garlic confit and mixed mushrooms. It's very match and taste fantastic .
3. Not A Durian $78
Very cute and creative dessert with the durian appearance but it is not a durian and no any durian inside. This is sponge cake with yuzu, vanilla, and matcha white chocolate mousse. It tastes very fresh.
