Chicken neck served with finger lime is a surprising yakitori full of charred aroma and the zingy finger lime is rare find in HK.

Both lamb neck and short ribs are well executed with smoky charred flavor. The star of the night is certainly the two udon dishes.

Carabinero Prawn Udon is my favorite, the chewy al dente udon perfectly cling on the sauce which is a prawn crustacean umami bomb. The Carabinero Prawn is grilled to perfection, cooked medium rare with slightly gelatinous opaque flesh which I absolutely love.
