I seldom came to Tin Shui Wai and since I was visiting one of my relatives today, I decided to buy some sushi over to their place for lunch. We ordered sushi platter of 30 pieces. It consisted of tuna, scallop, flounder, seared eel, salmon, prawn, octopus, clams and hamachi. One of their selling points was that the sushi chef made the sushi himself by hand, thus the sashimi did not fall off from the rice easily. Their sushi were fresh and chewy, huge in portion as well.
Sesame octopus was sticky in texture, marinated till juicy and sweet in taste, with the octopus chewy as well.
