As a Japan culture lover, Japanese cuisine always is my first choice for dining. Teppanyaki is priority for my choices in Japanese cuisine. Half-cooked Scallop with Salmon Roe 
The texture of the Scallop was outside firm, inside smooth. The finishing touch was great with the Salmon Roe “Explode” inside the mouth.

Coral Trout
The Chef made the caramelized Onions at the beginning. He removed the Fishskin from the Coral Trout fillet and put it for pan frying and added into the caramelized Onions afterward. He used those ingredients and boiled with the Japanese fish soup for making the sauce for the Coral Trout fillet finally. 
It was amazingly delicious. The texture of the Coral Trout fillet was little crispy outside and smooth inside. The sauce came with natural sweet from caramelized Onions and little seafood aroma from Fishskin and Japanese fish soup. It was incredible “mix-and-match”. Furthermore, the edible Japanese Chrysanthemum and pan-fried Fishskin were beautiful garnishes.

Lobster with Sea Urchin Sauce
Pan fried Lobster with fresh Sea Urchin sauce and Lobster paste. Simple way with fresh ingredients to make the great dish. 
I asked the Chef why Indonesian Lobster was used instead of Bostonian. He told me that the fiber of the Indonesian Lobster was much better than Bostonian. By the way, the edible Rose was very eye-catching for the dish.

Japanese Wagyu (A5)
For premium beef, less is more. Complicated seasoning or sauce were unnecessary. 
The Chef made the beef outside little burned and inside raw. Serve with simple and fresh vegetables and Himalayan salt, that’s all. Perfect!

Fried Rice with Japanese Wagyu
Japanese Pearl Rice, Waygu, Egg, Green Onions, Salt and Pepper. 
The rice fully absorbed the grease from the Wagyu, wonderful aroma.

Sake Sakura Ice Cream
It was my first time to try Ice Cream with Sake flavor, very interesting. However I didn’t see and taste the Sakura. In fact, I have no idea how’s the taste of Sakura.
