The waiting time for food is equivalent to a tram stuck in traffic. Unacceptable to visit during lunch hour in a commercial district. Will never come back again. We only Jane an hour for lunch and the wait time is 45 mins?? One of the operation staff called in sick doesn't mean that it's acceptable. You can at least tell the people about the wait before they order.
