It was a night out with friends. We heard that the restaurant offers buffets but we didn't go for that. Instead, we chose a set for each one of us. There are 3 sets to choose from, only the main dishes are different. There are the lobster and fish set, so we chose the lobster set.  A set comes with different types of seafood as well, namely, lobsters, 3 types of clams, mussels, scallops and razor clams.  It was a night out with friends. We heard that the restaurant offers buffets but we didn't go for that. Instead, we chose a set for each one of us. There are 3 sets to choose from, only the main dishes are different. There are the lobster and fish set, so we chose the lobster set.  A set comes with different types of seafood as well, namely, lobsters, 3 types of clams, mussels, scallops and razor clams. You will see each of the them in the photos down below. There is a sauce bar at the side. Just feel free to go and mix the sauce that you want to go with the food, say garlic, pepper, chili and soy sauce etc.. But I didn't pick any because the lobster and scallops were covered by garlic already. As for clams, they are have the umami in them already so I didn't add anything to distract or cover the flavour.

 After seafood, here comes other hot food. There were chicken  and veggies included in the set. The chicken was quite tender and the amount was quite large so we believed that the restaurant was giving us ( 5 people in total) one whole chicken. There were also deep fried squabs (half for each person) (ops, no photos for this one) which was normal. They will serve you with the squabs usually while you are waiting for the food to be steamed, which was a friendly arrangement. And the congee was the highlight. It gathered all the freshness from the seafood.

 Lastly, remember to book a table before 4pm on the date that you want to dine there. Then, you will get free Chinese soup. There are 2 options to choose from each day.  Don't miss that. And the set include free drinks like beer and soft drinks (1 can/ pint for each person).

 All-in-all, this is a healthy choice of Chinese steam pot seafood set. You can choose which type of food to eat first. The waitress will serve you from the start to the end. You don't have to bother any buttons on the table. Just leave everything to the waitresses. Their service is quite good and fast. 
題外話/補充資料： $268 is the whole set (and its the most expensive set already lol) includes all the food that you see above and drinks AND 10% service charge already~
