Came by for a light dinner prior to boarding my evening flight out of HKG. As I'm a big fan of Tsui Wah, I decided to give this place a shot. Upon arrival, I quickly realized that this is a "quick" version of Tsui Wah w/ no waiter service.I ordered the Hainan Chicken which was slightly more expensive that in the city. My meal consisted of 70% white meat and 30% dark meat. Again...the ginger/onion paste for dipping was different than in the picture... I was also missing the red sauce too! The ric

The rice was okay, not too hot or fresh and the soup was mediocre as well.
...for a quick meal prior to boarding a plane, this will do!
