☞ Snow Crab Meat with Beancurd Jelly, Conger-boiled Abalone with Dengaku Miso and Kamo-Nasu Eggplant, Crispy Fried Crab.

☞ 5 Kinds of Appetizer (Sashimi) - Tako, Shima-aji (Japanese “striped horse), Chūtoro, Hokkaido Scallop, Seasonal Oyster - Monster of Reiwa complemented with garlic tomato sauce.

☞ Hairtail Tempura stuffed with Dengaku Miso (みそでんがく) and shiitake mushrooms, topped with unagi sauce.
