Booked a table for 7:30pm and about 5 mins before, received a call trying to confirm our presence. Zero waiting for table as booked early. Place was pretty FULL and the first thing one notices is that the waiters are all doing their best to entertain "frequent clients" and leaves some sort of a cold feeling to us patrons who are NOT regulars. Went there with my son to have a "father-son" Chinese New Year dinner and we shared some appetizers (chicken wings, union platter, then the 2 main courses were their BURGER & the U.S. Tenderloin... all were good tasting though they could have organized their timing better as we were still having our appetizers when they brought our main courses with a result that our table was littered with food quite UNLIKE the sort of service from an expensive higher class restaurant like RUBY TUESDAY!
I strongly suspect that the waiters get commission for client memberships as they STILL touted the membership when we had the bill and was on our way out!
In concluding, the food and ambiance was good BUT NOT really worth the kind of pricing and service!
