additional "toppings" are available: egg, seaweed, corn...the usual stuff and butter. yes. BUTTER! the pork broth is relatively oily...i hope they didn't add any butter into it already =.=the noodle is on the thin side. and its very al dente. it almost tasted more like pasta than ramen. i have to say its interesting......
