To whom it may concern,
I am an ordinary customer visiting Teawood in Aberdeen centre on 30 December 2017 at 1630. A young waiter approached to me after my wave, said nothing and not even a smile nor a general greetings to me. Instead, he stood there and waited. In view of his impolite, I ordered my apple tea by pointing on the menu. His only word left before he went away was anything else'. (有冇其他). This was a not busy Saturday afternoon.
I waved to this young waiter and asked for a customer opinion form. He said it was not available. Another young gentleman staff approached to me, also said no such opinion form. He said the young waiter was called Ming.
A few minutes later when Ming came to me again, he threw to me the little standing clip with bill. He said rudely: check your bill.
If this happens to be the usual norm of your staffs working in Teawood, please kindly let me know. Instead of having such bad time in Teawood, I would prefer not to visit again.
