People say a broth speaks everything about the ramen. Order Tonkotsu Mix Ramen and the broth is very hot. The 18hrs boiled broth is so good! Strong pork bone taste, not oily/salty and no MSG. After the first sip, it makes me very appetizing. The pork is tender with perfect balance of fat and meat. Remember to mix the wood-ear mushroom and green onion with the noodles to eat.
