Friday night in TST with restaurant reservation suddenly rejected, so I attempted to find a table for 2 in Knustford Terrance and noticed this restaurant that I always wanted to pay a visit. Prost was spacious with both indoor and outdoor tables. I chose outdoor coz i liked the vibe and there were fans outside.Dishes there were big. We had 2 ppl and ordered 3 dishes. Pork skin was salty and very crisp while the flesh was tender🤤Sauerkraut was not bad😋 Didn’t hv quota to eat potato coz the knuckle portion was very big for 2 ppl🤰🏻

I had no idea that weisswurst was mixed with veal and pork when I ordered it and I found its taste was too strong for me (i dont eat beef) and its texture was a bit dry.. i didn’t expect only mustard sauce was served.. though it might be traditional, i expected honey mustard sauce at least.. anyway, brezel tasted good🥨 slightly salty and soft inside and slightly crisp outside
