The first time I tried 板長, I came to this branch. It was not good at all, the rice, fish slicing skills, everything was below par.Then for some reason I came here again 2 more times and it was still quite unimpressive. Ever since I've been going to the 鰂魚涌康山道 branch, as over there they have a Japanese chef over looking the operations.The hot aburi sushis are better managed with better timings.The sushi rice over there is much more 'correct' and not too loose or not too tight, plus usually in the

Ever since I've been going to the 鰂魚涌康山道 branch, as over there they have a Japanese chef over looking the operations.

The hot aburi sushis are better managed with better timings.

The sushi rice over there is much more 'correct' and not too loose or not too tight, plus usually in the right consistent shape.

I do not recommend this branch at all. Ricky san should take note of this - quality of his particular branch is very bad!
