It is an extremely disappointing dining experience in mid autumn festival. We have made a reservation more than three weeks ago. When we arrived, there’s no any staff available to accommodate our seatings for more than 15 minutes. But it’s not even full house! It’s just less than half occupied at most. A long table was arranged but claimed that two round tables were reserved for other customers instead. Unfortunately, we have not seen anyone using the round tables after three hours until we finally left. Why spending three hours there? The serving pace is crazily slow. No water refilling, no utensils and sauce provided even after requested several times. Not even mentioned about staff initiative. More, the menu is overpriced! The quality of food is not well expected too. Surprisingly, two ordered fish cost extra $50 per person to make the soup! Free snacks provided but it is required to include in part of 10% service charge. So is it free? Is there any service provided with 10% “service” charge? I really doubt if it’s complied with trade description ordinance. Think twice before you visit!!! Strongly suggest open rice recruit secret customers to test the quality of the restaurant. Don’t trust the good comments!
