Such horrible experience ever in my life. Nobody served us when we arrived, instead, we were standing there to wait for them cleaning the table for like 10 mins. When we finally sat down and ordered the food, it took a long time to wait for the dishes to be served. No tea was served, no tissues were there for us.. We ordered three dishes in total:1. 1. BBQ beef ribs
The BBQ beef comes with Korean side dishes such as kimchi, tofu, small dried fishes, however, they never intended to give us those side dishes until we asked. They just put the beef plate and we waited for more than 5 mins and NO signal that side dishes will come... Sigh!!!! the beef tastes not as good as expected and it's small.
2. Seafood pancake
The pancake is just okay, but it's SEAFOOD!!! However, we just had octopus inside, can't really find other seafood inside.
3. Potato noodles
The potato noodles is also a disappointing one. It's not hot at all! It's just a little bit warm. it's also no vegetables inside...
During the dinner, no tea re-filling until we asked. No BBQ pan re-placing until we asked. No tissues were provided and not so willing to give even when we asked!!!!The waitress were giving us black faces all the time!!!
Finally, we were forced to pay the bill because they said they have to close the upper floor, we checked the opening hour is till 4am and it was just 11pm. We do understand that they may have to close the upper one for cleaning, but we were still eating and it really says 4am!!! we wanted to ask to move to lower floor, but seeing their black faces and we decided to leave.
There were still plenty of pancakes and noodles left and we asked for boxes to take away, at the billing time, they said we have to add extra $5 per box.. Omg!!!!! $5 per box?! It's just a simple one (發泡膠盒)!!!!! What's going wrong with this restaurant?!
The restaurant overall is bad bad bad in terms of service, food and take away stuff, etc... Will never visit this one again!!!! Go there only if you want a bad experience!!!
