This restaurant was on locked down due to student protests at Baptist University . Now it is back on track, servingpatrons mostly from outside campus since most students have left. The restaurant is located on the ground floor of one of the last building on BU, less than 3 minute walk from Sir Run Run Shaw Building. The interior is spacious and bright with open kitchen and plenty of glass windows. Friendly staff run a smooth operation. I ordered Sundried tomatoes with anchovies spaghetti to go.

I ordered Sundried tomatoes with anchovies spaghetti to go. It came in a paper box and paper bag, very eco friendly.
The portion is one of the biggest I have ever seen in Hong Kong. Enough for two people. After I pour them onto a
large dinner plate, the mount of spaghetti was almost 5 inches tall!
In terms of the taste, incorporating anchovies, herbs, capers, Sundried tomatoes, peppers and onions with the pasta is heaven made. Anchovies were not overly salty, just right. Sundried tomatoes nice and sweet. Spaghetti al dente The mixture of spices and herbs all melted down into a gorgeous robust base giving a sweet, spicy kick to the dish. Super yummy! Excellent!
