A bread baked with garlic,parsley and butter.

主要以蝦為食材 份量適中
麵條由一部好似結他琴弦切割器具嘅機器整成
口感較平日食嘅煙韌 忌廉汁好creamy 但不膩
Here comes to the signature dish. Their guitar spaghetti is made from a string-like pasta machine,the pasta is served with saffron cream sauce and shrimps. Overall speaking, it’s a wonderful dish with balanced flavour. The saffron sauce is creamy yet not greasy. I was quite impressed by the al detente texture of the string-like pasta as well.

3️⃣second course - Grilled rib eye steak $300

Char-grilled steak served with roasted baby potato and grilled vegetables
用炭烤方法 令牛肉嘅味道更突出 肉味濃郁🤤
肉質幾粉嫩 約5成熟 較為有嚼口
至於汁方面 有黑椒、磨菇、creamy caper 可揀
薯菜伴碟 幾豐富！
The char-grilled steak is chewy and cooked perfectly in medium and with a generous portion. You may choose from black pepper/ mushroom/ creamy caper or rosemary as the sauce.

4️⃣dessert of the day -chocolate brownie $78
朱古力味香濃 硬實口感 配紅桑莓醬食中和甜度
The Chocolate brownie was moist enough. It’s good to have raspberry sauce to alleviate the heaviness associated with consuming the mains.
