I've visited this restaurant multiple times since they opened a couple of years ago and I mostly go when I have a craving for scrambled eggs. They make the creamiest and most fluffy scrambled eggs, I think, in Hong Kong (and I've tried a lot)! Best of all, they are consistent, so every time I go, I'm not disappointed. If I'm hungrier, I would order their ham and egg sandwich - they would serve the egg scrambled, so I'm still able to enjoy their fluffy scrambled eggs. The sandwich comes in thick

The sandwich comes in thick bread and I usually order it to be toasted (need to add an extra HK$1, well worth it). After indulging that with a cup of their famously smooth Hong Kong style milk tea, I will be full enough to be able to skip a meal!
I highly recommend checking this place out if you haven't already!
Don't be scared by the lines during peak periods - the turnaround is pretty quick, so you don't have to wait for too long to be seated.
