It is a saddening news that they will be closed in mid Nov😔 They have been here for 4 years and one of the most heated ones in the area. They focus on pork base paitan which needs overnight cooking to finish. With such a long flavour extracting process, the flavour becomes gentle and would linger. Not the bomb style that I love the most but their broth is definitely solid. Sweet, savoury and umami. Even if you add the hot soup after finishing the noodle, you would not find the base is too dilute

The charsiu was lightly torched to burn out the fat and release the oiliness. Very yummy one.
Also. I grabbed a ramune surprisingly (Yes, I felt surprised too since I hate sweet liquide, especially carbonated ones). But it was just like drinking down memory☺️
Do pay them a final visit before their last day 💛
