I write my first openrice comment for Ching's noodle because i has tasted the original fr TW since last year and bought the vacuum pack order in internet and ship by air-shipment to HK for my family^^So happy they has open the first shop in HK and proud to be first day customer with my lovely wife, The best recommendation is the Original Beef Noodle ( little spicy ),price is surprising only $42 no10% services charge , taste is same as TW and portion is just perfect, the soup taste with fully bee

The best recommendation is the Original Beef Noodle ( little spicy ),price is surprising only $42 no10% services charge , taste is same as TW and portion is just perfect, the soup taste with fully beef flavour ( they has mention with out using MSG ), noodle is very chewable-my flavourty style but not for my wife , the beef is using Australia beef flap & brisket texture is feel not tender at all...i think not much HK people like this.
