The best sashimi in Hong Kong

The fish was extremely fresh and exquisitely prepared. Service was warm and friendly without being intrusive. There is also a relaxing outdoor area with a great view. Unbeatable. The best sashimi I have ever eaten (including in Japan). Extremely high quality fish and meats in a laid back atmosphere without pretension.
