The service here is excellent and they couldn't be happier to serve you. We had the sashimi platter, sushi platter, salmon maki, soft shell crab and tempura platter.The fish is amazingly fresh and has the most beautifully sweetness in taste. The portions, composition of dishes, arrangement and delivery onto our table was very well considered. The fish is amazingly fresh and has the most beautifully sweetness in taste. The portions, composition of dishes, arrangement and delivery onto our table was very well considered. It is important to serve sushi at the correct temperature and we found they observe this rule very well.
The restaurant is very cosy and have booths for a more intimate meal. There is no characteristic 'smell' of any typical Hong Kong eatery and your senses are left without being disturbed by funky flavours which migt otherwise impair your ability to fully appreciate your meal. This place is clean and tidy indeed.
The (male) toilet was designed for slim people but at least very hygienic.
I am definitely coming back here!
