Hing Kee is a celebrities’ and chefs’ after service favourite. They are best known for their stir fried crabs in house fermented chilli and black bean sauce. Strangely though what drawn me back here time and again is their Shredded Roast Duck Meat rice noodles. Overall the crab and the duck noodles alone are sufficient causes for anyone to return!
