Absolutely terrible service.Between me and my friends, we flagged down waiters 4 TIMES and they would raise their hand to acknowledge that they will come later. Then they proceed to not come at all. One waiter we initially flagged down (who acknowledged us) then proceeded to stand at the back of the restaurant, staring at us as we tried to get the attention of a second waiter. I have never experienced such appalling service anywhere, even at low-end establishments like daipaidongs or chachaanten

One waiter we initially flagged down (who acknowledged us) then proceeded to stand at the back of the restaurant, staring at us as we tried to get the attention of a second waiter.
I have never experienced such appalling service anywhere, even at low-end establishments like daipaidongs or chachaantengs and this is a hotel bar.
It also took two bartenders, on a quiet night, 15 minutes to make a mojito. They also completely disregarded instructions about how to make a gin and tonic (gin separately please, with less ice).
Very unprofessional and disappointing.
