Hong Kong has opened up several milk tea and bubble tea store recently and Gold Brown Sugar was no exception. It was opened recently and was located at Carnarvon Road, few minutes walk from Tsim Sha Tsui MTR.The store was mainly for take away, and it sell mainly tea related drinks. Tie guan yin with bubble milk tea and mousse - The drink was smooth and milky, with strong tie guan yin taste. Bubble was chewy and smooth and mousse helped to make it creamy.
Lychee tea with bubble and lychee mousse - Lychee tea was sweet, has strong lychee taste too. Mousse helped to make it creamy and smooth, going well with the bubble.
