Planned to try the Filipino Tocilog (sweet cured pork), unfortunately they ran out of it, thus I switched to the holy basil minced pork. I saw the staff went outside to grab some fresh holy basil leaves right after I placed my order, and I guess she went to the nearby market/ supplier. The $60 lunch deal included a drink and a skewer. I upgraded to a canned coconut water, and it was a huge can with coconut bits inside.
