Yesterday was my colleagues last day and he shared with us Paul Lafayet cakes. They all looked fantastic but I wasnt particularly fond of sweet food. So, I finally chose it - Apple and Red Fruit Crumbles!1) Apple and Red Fruit Crumbles (⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️💢): It perfectly matched my taste! The crumble toppings were crispy and rich of butter taste. 1) Apple and Red Fruit Crumbles (⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️💢): It perfectly matched my taste! The crumble toppings were crispy and rich of butter taste. Under it was the mixed fruits - mainly apple and some berries. The fruits were mixed with some refreshing sour source which made it less sweet. Besides, it was served in a small square pot, which was nice and re-usable. I washed it and put at my desk for coins!

All in all, I like this dessert by Paul Lagayet. I look forward to try its other cakes. But just that they are quite expensive... Can only do once in a while
