First off, I had zero expectation of the service at this place as I've been here before for lunch on weekdays. previous occasion I had the beef stew which is not bad so came again on the weekend with my panda partner.utterly disappointed with both the food and service.ordered the ribs and cold noodle lunch special and a ginseng chicken soup.the ribs were overcooked and chewy but acceptable, flavor wise was like it was store bought.the chicken and ginseng was horrid. the appearance looked fine

the chicken and ginseng was horrid. the appearance looked fine but was completely tasteless. It's as if everything was cooked separately and dumped in a pot of water. water has more flavor then this.
asked the waiter to take it away and he told us to try just add some salt. rather just take a drink in the harbour if I wanted salt water.
