Last week, I walked past La Resaca, a Spanish bar and restaurant in Wan Chai after work and was enticed by their happy hour pork knuckle set. On tap, they have Sapporo and the more girly Estrella Damm lemon.They offer many tapas options from $35+. Instead of the staple garlic prawn, I ordered Padrón peppers $78. Pork knuckle with beer set $248
My tip on having grilled pork knuckle at any restaurant is to request the kitchen to serve it as a whole without cutting - this way it maintains the meat juice and temperature for a longer time!

The pork knuckle here was served with greens and mustard mayo. The meat was not oversalted. Tendons were still chewy. Crispy skin. My personal preference was to dip Tabasco which neutralized the heaviness of eating too much meat.

Friendly staff. Would revisit to try other tapas!
