I have been to Tonkichi a few times before over the last few years and I must admit those first couple times were truly outstanding, mmmmmmm deep fried breaded pork chops!!!! Delicious to say the least. However last time I visited Tonkichi in Causeway Bay the quality of the food has declined a lot. What they are serving is no longer good quality pork but they are still charging high prices. I left the place feeling really upset that I had spent over $300 per person for dry, tough, mediocre pork
Best to avoid this place unless you like your pork dry & tough and overpriced!
Will not be going back.
