Colleagues suggested to have bubble tea. I got a mint favor peral milk tea (HK$14) and a black pepper sausage (HK$6). The pearl milk tea wasn't really good but no harm to try because it was not expensive. Comparatively, the sausage was pretty acceptable. Honestly speaking, those pearl milk tea or bubble tea sold on the street are not as good as those in the store, such as Alp's and RBT. That's why they charge more.
