My friend is always a hotpot lover so when we couldn’t decide what to eat, he will always suggest hotpot. It was a Sunday and we saw this hotpot restaurant on the board and went up to try our luck. The potato noodles were yummy, they were stretchy. The fatty pork was very hard to chew because they were in the soup for too long. The sour cabbage actually tasted like kimchi.
The premium beef slices were presented nicely on the plate. They looked fresh. They were tender after cooking.
The scallops were fresh and sweet. They were soft and tasty after cooking.
The crab stick was very tasty as well. It was soft and full of flavour.
The dumpling platter was out of expectation! They were all very big in size and full of ingredients. The wonton has a big shrimp inside with lots of mince. I was amazed with the flavour, they were very yummy.
