I have been craving Taiwanese food for the longest time and this small shop absolutely satisfied my Taiwanese food craving! Master Shilin offers a range of choices with either minced pork rice or dry noodles 😋 I always think getting fried chicken is a must when having Taiwanese food, and this place gives you 6 huge pieces at only $58! I also tried their deep fried Sakura shrimp cake, which was actually perfect with the dried udon. The texture of their noodles was al dente 😝
I’d have to say my favourite was their deep fried sweet potato & taro “hash brown” - loved how purple it was and how starchy it was 😝 And also their oven baked chicken drumsticks! Each bite was so crunchy, which makes it seem like a surprise as it is oven baked as opposed to deep fried.
A good choice for lunch to satisfy any Taiwanese food cravings yet at a price-friendly place 🤗
