Just wish to jot down the lovely experience on February 26th during my short stay in HK.I arrived half an hour late than scheduled, so the swing chair was released. Joey assured me on the phone that I would be moved to one as soon as it was released. I enjoyed 20 minutes or so in the open air, while walking through sweet memories here three years ago.Joey seriously spoiled me that evening. He talked me through all the options and even "tailored" the menu for me. I had a Caesar salad with scallop

Just wish to jot down the lovely experience on February 26th during my short stay in HK.

I arrived half an hour late than scheduled, so the swing chair was released. Joey assured me on the phone that I would be moved to one as soon as it was released. I enjoyed 20 minutes or so in the open air, while walking through sweet memories here three years ago.

Joey seriously spoiled me that evening. He talked me through all the options and even "tailored" the menu for me. I had a Caesar salad with scallops for starter, a seafood pasta (very generously loaded with fresh prawns, mussels, etc.) for main course, and a special Tiramisu (served with chocolate ice cream) with double-shot Cappacino for dessert.

I love the home-made breads and little pastries so much that I almost finished them all.... The salad dressing was served on a separate dish as requested, so considerate.The pasta was fantastic. Tiramisu and Cappacino both tasted like heaven.

I was moved to my favourite swing chair and indulged myself there for one and a half hours. I chatted with Joey like friends. The service and everything still stayed the same, as excellent as three years ago.

Thanks a million Joey, for giving me such a fabulous evening. Wish all the best for you and Jack. Hope to see you every time I stop by HK!!
