Must say sweet and sour pork there is very good. Pork is crispy on the outside yet succulent inside. The sauce is amazing, they use old-school recipe with sour berry ("san jar") for the sauce.... it's light and clear, has the right sour-kick from the berry and yet aromatic... not the usual ketchuppy / syrupie thick paste you get from others. My father used to be a Chinese cook and my family loves sweet and sour pork, West Villa does it just as good as my dad!
