Let me start by saying I love cheese. Ok with that out of the way. This place is the reason I even go to kwai Chung plaza. So this roll is nothing special just a regular good quality salmon roll. Then ok top is a favor explosion, the cheese mix is added on top(I suspect that is not just American cheese, it tastes too good) then torched until it is caramelized. It is nice and gooey on the top, creamy, cheesy and just delicious. This is way Hong Kong is such a foodie paradise, as this is a perfect

Let me start by saying I love cheese. Ok with that out of the way. This place is the reason I even go to kwai Chung plaza. So this roll is nothing special just a regular good quality salmon roll. Then ok top is a favor explosion, the cheese mix is added on top(I suspect that is not just American cheese, it tastes too good) then torched until it is caramelized. It is nice and gooey on the top, creamy, cheesy and just delicious. This is way Hong Kong is such a foodie paradise, as this is a perfect fusion dish. (It reminds me of Crème brûlée and grilled cheese) whelp 10 out 10 for the food. What’s bad about this place? There is no sit down what so ever, this plaza is all street food stalls so be prepared to be in a crowd and eat while standing up. For me it is a small price to pay.
