Good Vietnamese in CWB. Price reasonable. There are TVs everywhere showing English Premier league on a Sunday evening! Best spring rolls I have had in a while. Wife had the sour beef hotpot which was also yummy. Apparently open until 4am! So should be good place for "siu yeh". Small and nice bar area. V comfortable and spacious restaurant.
