🍅🦐Dehydrated Tomato & Shrimp Paste on PlantainTiny yet powerful. The intense tomato flavor & umami Shrimp Paste woke up our taste buds. Appreciated they used the local ingredient - shrimp paste which is not commonly seen in tasting menu due to its strong flavor. Yet, they made good use of it and elevate the whole dish.
