I am semi-veggie that I ordered the carbonara without meat. The texture and taste of it was good. It can be better if having more truffle. There is still a room for improving fish n chips. The fish was not good quality one, it’s seemed not cooking with beer. It’s just a “crispy fish”. I think it is a dream of youth because the Chefs and waitresses are the youth implying improvement to be excellence. I believe so and look for it!
