HK Cioppino
The first one was a traditional seafood stew with tomato soup using a variety of local market seafood, which includes crab claws, mussels, clams, shrimp, salmon, rice and also a piece of cheesy garlic bread.When the waiter served the food, we smelled that appetizing fragrance already. All seafood were well-cooked. The crab claws are sweet, smooth and juicy. The large cheesy garlic bread was really very CHEESY that perfect matched with the soup. Mussels was relatively small, but the meat is surprisingly smooth with slightly sweet taste. The soup was of rich tomato sause and a little bit spicy. I appreciate it very much!
Rock Lobster Salad
This salad contains with an original Boston lobster with shell. It was baked until fry, meat was fresh and elastic. The green papaya salad as raw and crisp taste, which lightly seasoned with tomato sauce. It's appetizing.Skillet Chocolate Chip Cookie
High recommend this Skillet Chocolate Chip Cookie. The cookie baked on a frying pan, taste quite sweet, crispy outside and soft inside. With chocolate sauce and ice cream on top of it which can balance the sweet of cookie, therefore, it should be eaten together and you will feel it amazing!張貼
