My friends and I visited "Thai Kau" in Mong Kok. We originally wanted to try their signature Volcano Ribs 🌋 and creative 404 Black Broccoli 🖤, but they were already sold out! However, the other dishes we tried were equally delightful and full of surprises.The Coconut Chicken Broth Suckling Pig Hotpot was absolutely fantastic! 🍲 The broth was rich and creamy with a hint of sweetness, and the suckling pig skin soaked up all that delicious soup, making it incredibly flavorful. Next, the Supreme Beef Boat Noodles were incredibly generous in portion. Loaded with fatty beef slices, tripe, and beef balls, you could tell the broth was simmered with plenty of ingredients – we didn't waste a single drop! 🐮🍜
The Golden Shrimp Cakes were perfectly crispy on the outside and wonderfully bouncy inside. Dipping them in the sweet and sour sauce made them utterly irresistible – we just couldn't stop eating! ✨🍤
We saw the Volcano Ribs and Black Broccoli on other tables and they looked amazing; we definitely need to come back earlier next time to try them! Have any of you tried them? Let me know if they're as good as they look! 😋
