I was walk-in, I was looking for a restaurant with friends, we didn't have any idea what to eat, but just passed by the main entrance of Sichuan lab , we felt that its so cool, its look like member club or something , but unnoticeable, maybe the front's all black or too dark in the night time, we only saw the menus on the stand , the item that looked like special, so just got in and gave in a try with curiosity anyway we all liked spicy food.before starting to eat , we got their signature cockt

before starting to eat , we got their signature cocktail with chinese tea, very nice presentation , called Infusion and Autumn Blossom as I remember, it tasted quite match , so they home-made it .
And I strongly recommend 2 foods, 52℃ Slow-cooked Duck Breast with Chinese Tea , how they make it was first steamed and then baked it, so the meat was tender but the skin was crunchy, it also came with some mini steamed bun, suggested eat it together, I knew why we need to do that, it made the duck less oily.
Another one was Giant Grouper in Chili Broth, the spicy level was optional, we chose extra spicy. when it served, so its whole piece, while we was thinking how we are going to eat, the server came in time and cut it for us, he was very attentive. taking back about the fish, its chewable and excellent texture, although its extra spicy, spiciness and freshness were balanced.
We had a good time on that night, its really worth try it.
