This place is great for celebrations! Awesome night view if you take their window seat. (If you cannot sit by the window, it's also fine and you're able to see the whole of Victoria Harbor). Food quality is good and very spicy. A lot of foreigners come to the restaurant. I like their spicy Sichuan fish. Unfortunately there's no guidance as to what level of spiciness it is. So, only 1 level of spiciness to choose from. But anyway it tastes so good (but hot). There's an open bar above the restaur

There's an open bar above the restaurant. I didn't go in but saw some visitors coming down when i was waiting lift toleave the restaurant. They said view is awesome and it's a good place to chill. Will try next time!
