I wanted dessert after dinner, so picked this place since I've heard the chef is from a famous hotel. It's not a fancy dessert place if that's what you are looking for. The place is crowded and reminded me of a fast food restaurant. You also have to share tables since there's so many people. I ordered the original souffle and chocolate molten cake. Souffle came out first and it looked burnt and overcooked. The flavoring wasn't too bad, not too sweet. The texture was the part i had a problem with
Souffle came out first and it looked burnt and overcooked. The flavoring wasn't too bad, not too sweet. The texture was the part i had a problem with. It tasted more like a sponge cake rather than a souffle that's supposed to be soft. I'm guessing it's because the one i had was too overcooked.
